The following Terms & Conditions must be read and agreed to by Students and Parents before enrollment in Qariforkids:

Free Trial Classes:

We offer a 1-week free trial so you can experience our teaching quality and see how our classes work. After the trial period, regular classes will begin once the monthly fee is paid in advance.

Makeup Classes:

• Makeup classes are available only with prior notice.
• No makeup classes will be offered if a class is missed without informing us in advance.
• Students are expected to attend classes regularly and on time.
• Special cases for makeup classes will be considered with valid reasons and timely communication.
• To reschedule, please inform us at least 1 day before through Email, WhatsApp, or our Support Team

Progress Reports:

Parents will receive monthly progress reports to keep them informed about their child's learning and Quranic progress.

Fee Payment:

• Fees are charged monthly in advance, not per class.
• Payment must be made within 10 days of invoice generation.
• Fees cover teacher salaries, technical support, and operational costs.
• Accepted payment methods include:

PayPal, Zelle, Bank of America, Western Union, Remitly, Ria, Taptap Send, MoneyGram.

Discounts:

• Discounts are available for advance payments made for quarterly, half-yearly, or annual plans.

Important Notes:

• Fees are charged monthly, not per lesson or class.
• A 5.5% tax/transaction charge applies to all monthly fees.
• Fees will not be reduced for missed classes unless prior notice is given.
• Qariforkids reserves the right to pause or discontinue classes if invoices remain unpaid for over 2 months.
• Our teachers are based in different countries and conduct all classes online.

Leave Policy:

• Leave requests should be submitted at least 1 week in advance.
• To reserve the same teacher/timing during a leave, 50% of the monthly fee must be paid. Otherwise, the teacher may be reassigned.

Annual Fee Update:

A $2.25 per student annual fee adjustment will apply each January to account for teacher salary increases and other costs.

Class Cancellation:

• To cancel classes, parents/students must inform us 15 days in advance by emailing ask@qariforkids.com or contacting us through WhatsApp/Skype.
• Failure to notify may result in continued billing until formal cancellation is received.

Public Holidays:

Qariforkids will remain closed on the following public holidays

• 4 days for Eid-ul-Fitr.
• 4 days for Eid-ul-Adha.
• 9th of Muharram.
